Department of Legal Affairs is comprised of the following divisions and offices:

1. Planning Division: Planning and promoting legal and administrative appeals business, conference preparation, regulation publication, press coordination, legal officer on-job training, explanation and deliberation on city regulations, etc
2. Laws and Ordinances Division1: Explanation and deliberation on city regulations, etc
3. Laws and Ordinances Division2: Explanation and deliberation on city regulations, etc
4. Laws and Ordinances Division3: Explanation and deliberation on city regulations, etc
5. Administrative Relief Division1: Reviewing administrative appeals cases, etc

8. Consumer Service Center: Appeal handling within consumer dispute, rendering consultation and educational dissemination
9. Consumer Protection Office: Appeal handling within further consumer dispute that has not been properly responded to, consumer safety investigation, consumer protection education and promotion
10. Administrative Service Office: Instruments, archives, cashier, general administration, information, public relation and properties management
11. Accounting Office: Accounting and statistics management
12. Personnel Office: Human resource management
13. Government Ethics Office: Ethics management
